Meet Your Instructors

Bill Teepe | Certified General Contractor

Bill Teepe has been involved in Commercial and Industrial Construction since 1970. His experience lies in Structural Bridge Construction, vertical high-rise Construction and Underground Construction. As well as Heavy and Highway. His companies have been involved In numerous commercial and industrial projects over the Past thirty years. He is responsible for the successful Completion of over a billion dollars worth of projects. He Is a Vietnam Veteran, and has resided in Flagler County, Florida since 1980.

Jim Skow | Attorney

Jim Skow has been a licensed Florida Attorney since 1997. He currently is in private practice in Daytona Beach, Florida. He has extensive practice in Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, and Construction, representing insurance companies, Premises Liability and Medical Malpractice claims. Prior to becoming an attorney Jim played Defensive Line for seven years in the National Football League. He is a native of Nebraska and has resided in Ormond Beach, Florida since 1988.
